Confit with Roscoff onion and Breton seaweed 100g - ORGANIC

The city of Roscoff is famous in particular thanks to an emblematic vegetable, the PDO onion, and the Finistère coast is full of these famous bombs of minerals that are algae, including royal kombu. We have combined them and added a few pink berries and a hint of cinnamon to make this gourmet and iodized confit. Serve with a cold meats or cheese platter, season a sandwich or a fish burger.
