At Botularium, our mission is to make a difference with exclusive products, made in a traditional way and intended for lovers of gourmet cuisine to inspire moments full of flavor.
Our vision has always been to work with enthusiasm to improve and dare to be different, through a varied offer of products that satisfy the wishes and needs of the consumer.
Our origin dates back to 1991, with the production of select game meat sausages, made from traditional ways of curing. In the Roman Empire, Botularium was the name of the place where sausages were made. For this reason, together with the artisan of the jar, it is the hallmark of the brand.
We continue to evolve and produce beers, creams, soups, sauces ... always with the same philosophy: quality ingredients and traditional recipes.
