Wild boar chori-fuet with Montes Universales pepper (120g)

Our chori-fuet of wild boar with pepper is handcrafted and following the tradition in the Montes Universales, within the mountain system of the Sierra de Albarracín, where the ideal climatic conditions for curing our sausages exist. The color of the chori-fuet is typical of that of red meat and the intense and long-lasting flavor will surprise the most demanding palates. The fuet is covered with pepper and natural aromas of spices to give it a different and exquisite flavor.
