Orza Chorizo (Marmita Cristal)

The orza chorizo owes its name to the clay container that used to be used to store canned food. The centerboard is a tall vessel without handles in which the products of the pig slaughter were kept in oil. Nowadays the chorizos are kept in glass jars, but the original name has been kept.
