Boued Mir is a very young vegetable micro-cannery based in North Finistère, and founded in 2024. Our mission is to enhance the surplus production of market gardeners in our sector into delicious spreads to be consumed as an aperitif.
We have designed a range of 12 spreads, with 6 references to summer vegetables and 6 references to winter vegetables. Our recipes are delicious, original, with simple ingredients, no additives and highlight the know-how of Breton farmers.
