Beetroot Spread

Here is a very smooth spread, where the sweet note of the beetroot stands out thanks to the freshness of the fennel, and the deliciousness of the candied shallot. A touch of balsamic vinegar completes the assembly. Our spreads are made by hand using short supply chains in North Finistère, using surplus production or so-called "ugly" vegetables.
