Boued Mir highlights here a typical vegetable from Brittany: broccoli. the combination with shiitake mushroom (produced near Morlaix) and brewer's yeast brings out the umami taste of the spread. Our spreads are made by hand using short supply chains in North Finistère, using surplus production or so-called "ugly" vegetables.
