Simple but effective: Brittany pink onion confit with balsamic vinegar. It is a safe bet to accompany foie gras and cheeses. But you'll see, it can very well be eaten with a teaspoon ;) Our spreads are made by hand in a short circuit in North Finistère, from surplus production or so-called "ugly" vegetables.
