COGNAC, SKY & EARTH 1986 35CL 43%VOL.

My name is Frederic Bourgoin, BOURGOIN COGNAC founder. Ciel & Terre was distilled by my father, Alain Bourgoin, in 1986: my birth year. To me, this 350 liter single cask is the most special one out of 759 of them in my cellar. Why? Because this cognac is rich with cumarin aromas which gives it freshly cut hay notes. Memories right from my childwood playground when my grand father owned a 40 limousine cows gently feeding on rich grass, in our  elds. One of the subtle links we share is a great passion for human beings, animals, plants and a unique location: Tarsac village, where my great grand-father, my grand father, my father and I work(ed). I engraved each bottle by hand. They are all apart of me and my family history.
