In the Black Forest, Apros focus on the essentials. That’s why Apros Black Forest vermouths are natural and honest. Made with carefully selected wines from the Kaiserstuhl, where only Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir grapes are used for the production and enhanced with exciting botanicals and local wine distillates. The vinification takes place at the Weingut Freiherr von Gleichenstein. Base Pinot Gris with aromas of cantaloupe, sweet pear and mirabelle. Refined with crisp nuances of bergamot, subtle hints of spignel and fruity notes of chamomile. Golden yellow in colour, delicate, refreshing and savoury in taste, with typical wormwood flavours.
