Beautiful very pale color with pretty rose petal reflections. The nose is fine, floral - white flowers with aromas of papaya, pomegranate, rose then a green pear and fennel finish. The palate is greedy, supple, fruity and refreshing. We bite into cherry, white peach, citrus, pomegranate. A long finish on almond, flint and anise. A rosé of pleasure with a superb balance which will be appreciated both as an aperitif and around a beautiful table.
