The Madonna - N°3 - 2018

Garnet color with beautiful shiny reflections. The nose has a nice vivacity very typical "Grenache". Notes of cherries and spices appear without exuberance, complemented by truffles, humus and smoky aromas of roasting. On the palate, we find a precise, balanced, velvety wine. The black and red fruits such as blackcurrant and blackberry but also the currant by its nervousness mingle harmoniously with the garrigue, thyme and white pepper. A fresh vintage in line with the plot selection carried out on the Estate. The grain of the tannins is very elegant and surprises with its length in the mouth. This wine offers us the expression of an exceptional wine, surprising and which will know how to evolve marvelously in the coming years.
