Brilliant red color with vermeil reflections. The nose is expressive and elegant with notes of cherries in alcohol, bigarreau cherry, mint and cinnamon. On the palate, we are surprised by such freshness in Languedoc. Beautiful smoky notes mingle with red fruits and spices. The tannins are very fine and balance and richness are the hallmarks of this wine. This wine has been meticulously worked from the vine to the cellar and promises great aging potential.
