The point

Beautiful ruby red color for the first vintage of our “La Pointe” cuvée. The nose is very nicely spiced with black pepper, curry and paprika which mingle with fruity notes of pomegranate and currant. The finish expresses itself on smoky, grilled and dead leaves notes. The mouth is frank and has a nice tension inherent to a wine of altitude. The tannins are silky and round. We find the fruity and spicy side from the mouth on the bay leaf, nutmeg, black pepper and arbutus. The fresh finish becomes more complex with smoky, undergrowth and cigar leaf aromas. A beautiful Corbières de Coteaux that upsets received ideas about this appellation that has been too unfairly abused. To discover !
