The Ruffe

Deep ruby red color. The nose is typical of this plot with its aromas of garrigue after the rain, spices and a wild side, meaty but pleasant; notes of mint, undergrowth, truffle and fresh earth follow. The palate is elegant, straight, tense, very balanced with its melted, silky and persistent tannins. The natural freshness of this wine is still as interesting in this vintage: black fruits, truffles, spices, Mediterranean flavors make up a beautiful harmony. A Rare Cuvée that can be discovered today but which has all the characteristics of a very good aging potential.
