Grenache gris makes the aroma more complex with exotic fruits and spices; it gives volume and depth to the Roussanne which has delicate aromas of white fruits such as: vine peach, pear. On the palate, the attack is frank and very well balanced with this beautiful freshness very characteristic of our terroir. We find white fruits, mint and liquorice. Due to its very continental location, the terroir of the Domaine surprises with a very elegant wine profile which augurs well for a very fine evolution in the bottle.
