Pézenas - Between Friends

Color deep red black purple. The nose is very expressive, balanced on notes of fruits such as blackcurrant, raspberry, wild strawberry, prune but also some floral notes on the finish of violet and humus. The mouth is ample with a frank attack, a grain of velvety, round, supple tannins. The aromas of ripe fruit such as blackberry, blackcurrant, candied cherry or fig appear from the first mouth then a pleasant salty, spicy sensation (white pepper) and a slight vegetal note of laurel complete the aromatic palette.
