Picpoul de Pinet

Beautiful pale yellow color and brilliant. The 2021 vintage is characterized by very limited volumes but a quality that is there. The nose remains faithful to our Picpoul de Pinet. Subtle on aromas of white flowers, there are notes of anise and a freshly iodized finish. The attack on the palate is lively with a beautiful aromatic palette of exotic fruits, pineapple, dill and fennel. The finish is straight, mineral and a little saline - note the presence of a very pleasant citrus bitterness. Let's repeat (contrary to beliefs) that this grape variety evolves very well over time and gains in complexity after one or two years in the bottle.
