The nose is very typical of this grape variety: light and fresh aromas of red fruit such as cherry, guigne but also floral such as flowering broom; lightly spicy notes of peppermint and star anise follow. The very fruity palate is airy and lively. The tannins are fine. A simple pleasure of strawberry, pomegranate, cherry and gooseberry. We simply like this wine, slightly chilled or at room temperature, with a bit of charcuterie, grilled meats and friends.
