Old Carignan - The Factory

Beautiful purple-red robe. The grapes were able to ripen perfectly and offer us a nose with aromas of wild strawberries, fresh grape juice, bay leaves and green pepper. The first mouth is supple, frank and clean. The tannins are silky and the natural freshness of this grape variety maintains a pretty fruit in the mouth on the jinx, the fig but also spices on the finish. Our old Carignan still reveals, in this vintage, its altitude terroir with its characteristic freshness balancing its sunny side. Only hillside Carignans of this age offer such uniqueness.
