The Sarlat Artisanal Brewery was created in 2016 by Jean Yves FAUSTE & Xavier GOMBERT.
We produce 10 "Brassée 24" beers, an organic lemonade, and an organic ginger beer for the hospitality industry and wholesalers;
Since 2020, we have been a supplier and produce a range of private label products for a national retailer. To this end, we launched an IFS certification process, which we obtained in August 2022.
Since 2020, we have also been producing an ORGANIC range with Malts (from French cereals) and entirely ORGANIC Hops (without exemption).
Following various waves of investment, we have increased our production capacity to 6,000 hl/year, and we can increase it quite quickly if necessary.
Our strength lies in mastering processes and adapting to customer needs.
