The Sarlat Artisanal Brewery was created in 2016 by Jean Yves FAUSTE & Xavier GOMBERT.
We produce 9 “Brassed 24” beers and an ORGANIC lemonade intended for catering establishments and wholesalers;
Since 2020 we have been listed and produce a range of private labels for a national brand. To this end, we launched an IFS certification process, which we obtained in August 2022.
Also since 2020, we have been producing an ORGANIC range with Malts (from French cereals) and entirely ORGANIC Hops (without exemption).
Following different waves of investment, we have increased our production capacity to 6000 hl / year, and we can increase it quite quickly if necessary.
Our strength lies in controlling processes and adapting to customer needs.
