“On the visual: a pale blond color and fine mousse. On the nose: pretty fruity with notes of citrus, pineapple and tropical fruits! During the tasting in the mouth, it is light, very fruity but with a rather dry impression. A very characteristic criterion of the “IPA Session” genre! The flavors are similar to the fruity smells previously identified, thus oriented towards pineapple and tropical fruits. I will not be able to forget this good dose of hops which feels good! A nice first step towards this new brewery from Alsace! » Besides, if you didn't know, a "Session IPA" beer is a rather light beer in alcohol that gives pride of place to the bitter side released by the hops!
