The Indianer, whose name is a tribute to the inhabitants of the district where the brewery is located, is a traditional Alsatian blonde! Brewed with two cereals and triskel, a 100% Alsatian hop, it is an extraordinarily refreshing beer. Its dress is gold in color with a beautiful foam that sublimates it once served. The aromas developed by the hops, coupled with the malts used, provide a subtle balance that masterfully combines the fruity side of the beer, its body and its dryness on the finish. Alas, the Pils, because of the big industrialists, tend to be seen as a subgenre. Yet these are the most difficult beers to brew. The Indianer is, for us, a great source of pride!
