EPHEMERAL | Scotch Ale - Winter's Tale n°10 7% 33cl

For our Winter's Tale n°10, we chose to brew a Scotch Ale (also called "Wee Heavy").  This style of beer has the particularity of having a very malty character with light toasted notes and a sweet flavor.  A top-fermented beer brewed with whiskey malts, its beautiful amber color will delight the eyes as much as the taste buds.
