Magnum of beer matured in Cognac barrels 1.5L TAV 8.5%

This triple beer is aged for 6 months in Cognac barrels from the Groussin estate, thirty years old. To finish its maturation, we proceed to a refermentation in the bottle for a minimum of 1 month before its marketing. Tasting reveals notes of pears and Mirabelle plums as well as a lovely freshness on the finish.
