At the foot of the Pyrenees, in the Lèze valley, the Co-Hop brewery embodies the spirit of authenticity and sharing. Founded by four lifelong friends, the brewery is the result of a shared dream: to transform an old family barn into a craft beer factory. Nothing predestined them for this reconversion, except their Belgian roots and a deep love for beers with character.
Driven by strong values of ecological, social and solidarity transition, they have chosen a SCOP (cooperative society) and are committed to the Nature & Progrès label, guaranteeing production that respects the environment and the land.
