The Brasserie de la Loire, a story of bubbles…
It was in 1999, in Trumilly in the Oise that I discovered the world of brewing. It’s a real favorite, for the setting, the beer and the creativity that this profession of brewer allows combined with my training as a biochemist.
This was followed by multiple tests and meetings. The first beers are produced in batches of 20L!
After moving to the Loire in 2002 and falling in love with a market garden, the Brasserie de la Loire was created and installed its vats (1000L!)at “109 route de Saint Côme in St-Just-St-Rambert”. Three beers are then offered: “Saint-Côme” our blonde, “109” our amber and “Pampille” our Christmas beer.
Since then, the team has grown, the beer recipes have diversified, trying to favor local sourcing and are produced AB certified. In 2015, we moved 200m to “29 chemin du Béchet”.
