The Brasserie de la Loire, a story of bubbles…
It was in 1999, in Trumilly in the Oise that I discovered the brewing world. It's a real crush, for the setting, the beer and the creativity that allows this profession of brewer crossed with my training as a biochemist.
Many trials and encounters follow. The first beers are produced in batches of 20L!
After moving to the Loire in 2002 and falling in love with a market gardener's farm, the Brasserie de la Loire was created and placed its vats (1000L!) at “109 route de Saint Côme in St-Just-St- Rambert”. Three beers are then offered: the “Saint-Côme” our blonde, the “109” our amber and the “Pampille” our Christmas beer.
Since the team has grown, the beer recipes have diversified by trying to favor local supply and are produced AB certified. In 2015, we moved 200m to “29 chemin du Béchet”.
