Rye 8° 33cL BIO - Craft beer

33cL bottle. An impressive fluffy, abundant and stable head caps the completely cloudy orange-ocher robe. The nose is fragrant, with notes of ripe banana, dried fruit, toasted bread and honey. Upon entering the mouth, the silky texture surprises. Following a biscuity taste with a rustic tone, the flavors of malts appear, accompanied by those of flowers and fruits. A delicate bitterness, hints of spices and cereals complete the long finish. Serving temperature: 6 to 8°C. Recommended pairings: oysters, parmesan risotto, rocamadour, roasted peaches.
