Created in 2003 by Christophe and Alexia Noyon, the Brasserie Artisanale des 2 Caps had a double vocation when it started: that of giving a new economic dimension to the small family farm in order to perpetuate it, and that of maintaining the remarkable built heritage, which constitutes the Ferme de Belle Dalle.
The brewery now has real know-how, rewarded many times in competitions. Over the years, the quality and finesse of its beers have won over a growing number of palates in search of authenticity.
