Located on the Causse Corrézien, the Causse brewery works with local producers. Our beers are made with organic barley and wheat malts. Alongside its classic range of English inspiration, the Brasserie du Causse offers beers of various styles. For fruits, spices or flowers, the Brasserie du Causse favors natural ingredients from suppliers in Corrèze. 4 of our beers have the Origine Corrèze label. Even more ambitious, the Causse brewery recently set up a hop farm in Saint-Cernin-de-Larche where it is starting its own hop culture. They are handcrafted by us and are neither filtered nor pasteurized.
