Berliner Waltz Strawberry Rhubarb - alc.4% - 330ml

Berliner Valse is a Berliner Weisse type wheat beer. Of German origin, Berliner Weisse beers are sour beers thanks to the action of lactic bacteria. Here we worked with a strain of yeast which allows co-fermentation and which will therefore develop acidity simultaneously with fermentation. Here we offer you a variation made with fruit puree, strawberry and rubarb which go very well together. The two fruits are fully expressed and can be distinguished perfectly when tasting.
