Cool Jazz is a 6% DDH IPA hopped with Mosaic Cryo, Mosaic, Ekuanot and Simcoe. Its color is pale yellow and slightly cloudy, topped with a beautiful foam. On the nose, it reveals notes of tropical fruits, yellow fruits and mango. On the palate, it is a bouquet of tropical fruits, citrus fruits and floral and herbaceous notes that are offered to the tasting. The finish leaves citrus notes and a light bitterness with resinous flavors.
