Blonde beer with Artisanal Nougat from Anduze! Gold Medal Gard Gourmand Competition 2023 I use an artisanal nougat from Anduze with chestnut honey. It is added during fermentation, when the yeasts are still active in order to have a beer that is not very sweet in the end... Goes perfectly with Foie Gras with Figs. Ideal to surprise during the holidays ;) IBU 10 ABV 5.5%
