Our brewery was born at the Tuilerie farm in Mortcef (77). In 2012, we started organizing brewing sessions there with the aim of having a friendly time with friends and perfecting our recipes!
Passionate about malt and hops, we decided to quit our jobs with a few recipes in our pockets to embark on this adventure.
It was in the heart of Metz that we finally set up our boxes and our fermenters. We have been brewing all our beers there ever since, which we present on site as well as in the surrounding bars, cellars and restaurants.
2023, the premises under the bridge have become too small, we are now in Frescaty on the old BA128.
