Having been a beer lover for a few years, I decided to try my luck brewing my own beer. It was with curiosity that I started my first brew, but very quickly I realized that it was more than just curiosity, it had become a passion.
By training in the Paris basin, I learned the techniques and secrets of brewing, and with my diploma in hand, I decided to turn this passion into a profession. This is how I created the brewery Les Apides in Nogentel, a town located next to Château-Thierry in the Aisne, with the aim of producing quality beers and sharing them with beer lovers around the world. entire.
Today, I am proud to see that my brewery Les Apides has become an essential place for beer lovers in the region, and I am happy to share my passion with all those who come to taste my creations. The brewery has become a real life project for me, and I am happy to be able to continue to produce unique and quality beers for years to come. Besides that, I specialize in making honey beers using the honey produced by my father, who is a beekeeper. This makes it possible to highlight the quality of its honey and to use it in an innovative way in my beer recipes, while bringing a local touch to my brewery by using products from the region.
