After four years spent at the Granges du Poizat, on the Retord plateau, the brewery is now located in Nantua.
The concept of the Etincelle brewery is based on two ideas: the freedom for its brewer, Erwan, to create and imagine original recipes and the fact of giving pleasure and bringing people together around a drink often under -estimated.
The production of Etincelle is artisanal, all the beers of the brewery are certified organic.
