Tripel are traditional Belgian beers, originally from Trappist abbeys. Usually, these are beers brewed with a lot of malt, providing a nice roundness and significant alcohol. These beers often have spicy aromas provided by a characteristic yeast, “abbey” yeasts. The Mont Hardi Triple takes up the codes of this tradition by bringing a touch of freshness, on one side with a marked bitterness, on the other with the use of spices to enhance the yeast.
