A white, light and fruity IPA This white, frank beer, releasing aromas of citrus and hops while remaining sweet and light, reminds us of the story of our ancestor Camille. This refreshing beer will be perfect for your evenings on the terrace! Infused with sweet orange peel and bergamot ;). Camille CORDONNIER (1851-1926) – Daughter of the North, descendant of a long line of brewers, took an active part alongside her husband Edmond MOTTE in the developments and challenges of the brewing world at the end of the 19th century. It is thanks to her that the brasserie de l’étoile became the Motte-Cordonnier brewery. Widowed at 44, she helped her son René (our Blonde Beer) take the reins of the brewery. His life was strewn with challenges, Pasteurization, the arrival of glass bottles but also tragedies such as the fire in 1890 of the brewery in the center of Armentières which was rebuilt, then destroyed again during the First World War. world – so many opportunities and challenges she overcomes. It is in homage to his determination and his courage but also to his legendary kindness that we worked on our recipe and gave his name to our Beer. Armentières, 1650. The MOTTE-CORDONNIER Brewery has the Brewers Star as its emblem. This star still adorns many cafes and the brewery building. The 10th generation is pleased to introduce you to its White IPA, CAMILLE. This white beer, frank, releasing aromas of citrus and hops while maintaining sweetness and lightness, reminds us of the story of our ancestor CAMILLE. Its straw and slightly cloudy color typical of wheat beers and its frank bitterness will delight all fans of the genre. We infused it with BergaMotte and orange peel to give it that fruity side.
