Stéphane who collects our spent grain today is its great-grandson! SAISON is a style of historic top-fermented farmhouse beer, which originates from Hainaut and the Ardennes. This beer, which made the brewing legend of these territories, was brewed in winter with the remains of the cereal harvest. Renowned for its beautiful sparkle and its dry and thirst-quenching finish, the Saison provided water for the seasonal workers who came to work in the fields.
