Nautica is also the adventure of two passionate brewers, anxious to work with a living product. With a little creativity and hard work, the organic ingredients reveal all their secrets. Water, cereals, hops, yeasts, spices and voila!

Organic production
Our goal is to minimize our impact on the environment. This is why we have chosen to produce a range of organic beers. We are also working on local supplies.
The economic development of our countryside.
We are based in La Baussaine (35190), a village of 650 inhabitants. We want to become a player in local economic development by participating in the revitalization of our countryside.
The recycling of our brewery waste.
The brewery waste called “slops” (leftover cereal after brewing) is given to an organic farmer who raises dairy cows 5km from the brewery.
Reasonable water consumption.
The production of beer being water-intensive, we have chosen to reuse the water used to cool the beer and store it to reuse it for, among other things, cleaning the equipment.
As a bonus: The chickens. We have installed chickens next to the brewery. They feast on a few grains and produce eggs for the neighborhood.
