The NEPO Brewery (“OPEN” backwards) was born from the desire to locally produce specialty French beers as well as new style beers from England and the USA. At NEPO, we favor short circuits, the quality of our products and are transparent about the origin of our resources.
We also mention our recipes on all bottles and cans. Our responsibility as a Brewer extends to all levels of production; from sourcing, to the recycling of waste such as spent grain and yeast (organic materials) which serve as a basis for producing electricity (thanks to the methane produced by their degradation) in a nearby farm.
