Berliner Weiss beer

Our Printemps beer was made with strawberries, rhubarb and raspberries. This beer has an orange color and a fine head. On the nose, we find red fruits, strawberries, rhubarb and citrus fruits. In the mouth, the attack is frank, we feel the aromas of fruits (strawberries, raspberries and rhubarb) and fine bubbles (citrus fruits).
