When a dairy becomes a brewery... its beers are drunk like whey!
In 2018, in the former dairy cooperative "Pointe de Saire" in Quettehou, 3 friends: Frédéric, Fabrice and Charles (brewer for 6 generations) imagine a beer proudly carrying the values of the Channel. The first recipes of Chinquante are concocted.
In early 2022, the brewery moved to new premises in Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue. The team is growing with the hiring of 3 new employees: Christophe, Axel and Agathe.
In June 2022, a new range dedicated to mass distribution is developed: La Houguette available in blonde, white, amber and triple in different formats.
