Amber beer for aging

This cuvée, with intense copper reflections and a complex character, offers generous notes of cereals and caramel on the first palate, followed by a subtle scent of mead and liquorice. The carbonation is soft, bringing a nice roundness in the mouth. Our amber guard is ideal to sublimate your grilled meats and spicy dishes. Bottle to be kept upright, away from light at a temperature between 12 and 18°C (it will flourish wonderfully in your wine cellar!) Capacity: 33cl. Alcohol: 6%
