Primus Rosae

Our ephemeral Micro-cuvée Primus Rosae is brewed once a year, for spring, with real rosebuds and raspberries. White beer type, it reveals a beautiful peach color and offers a very floral aromatic bouquet with subtle and balanced notes of rose. Perfect pairing with red fruit desserts. Bottle to keep upright, away from light at a temperature between 12 and 18°c (It will flourish wonderfully in your wine cellar!) Capacity: 33cl. Alcohol: 5.5%
