My wife Kathi is a cheerful person who is enthusiastic about many things. Liqueurs of all kinds are at the top of our list, so it was clear that we urgently needed our own version in our range. And because Kathi's palate is the one I want to impress most, our first liqueur is, of course, entirely to her taste: Kathi's Delicacy is a fruity beer liqueur with malt, peach, caramel, and vanilla, which comes in an elegant clay bottle with a playfully feminine design by Simon Schacht. In the past, people made beer liqueur to save beer from being poured down the drain. Brewing pieces whose best-before date was about to expire were processed into liqueur. The liqueurs lacked character and finesse, but those days are over! We want to take the neglected beer liqueur out of its dusty corner and put it in the spotlight. Kathi's delicacies are made with hand-picked ingredients, attention to detail, and subtly coordinated flavors. The juicy peach harmonizes wonderfully with the soft malt, the caramel gives the noble drink a velvety melt, and the vanilla rounds off the pleasure with a spicy touch.
