The idea of creating Brava arose in 2015 when Mayte Marín, its founder, lived in Berlin and was looking for the definitive refreshing drink. Tired of finding boring options in restaurants (water, juice and colas full of sugar) when you don't drink alcohol, she came across kombucha one day by chance and then realized that she was looking at the perfect drink: made from a fermentation process. natural, with complex and pairable flavors, with real ingredients and healthy benefits.
After several years of research, Mayte launched the first kombucha factory in his city, Murcia, giving way to Brava.
