We make artisanal sweet and savory biscuits, 100% buckwheat.
The buckwheat flour we use is harvested in our own fields located on the Crozon peninsula (29).
We work with local suppliers (BZH) as much as possible or select Fair Trade certified materials when these have to be imported.
By working the land while respecting nature, we enhance our harvests, to the delight of our taste buds.
