Gilors Single Malt Whiskey Port wine barrel, 0.5 liters, 42.8% vol

The whiskey hits the nose with a spicy start. Afterwards, aromas of pickled cherries, dark chocolate and wood tones make you want to take the first sip. Port aromas are very present here with a mix of malty sweetness, chocolate covered cherries and almond notes. The associations of spicy sweetness, some tannin and notes of bitter almonds remain in the memory for a long time. 1194 bottles of 0.5 L each distilled: 2015 & 2016 / bottled: June 2022 not colored & not chill-filtered
