Gilors Single Malt Whiskey PX Sherry Finish, 0.5 liters, 45% vol

The new bottling from Gilors was first stored in a former Islay cask and then experienced further refinement in a Perdro Ximénez cask. In terms of smell, you can look forward to a light spiciness with a tart sweetness, tones of sherry, malt and light peat notes. A sip later you encounter the peat aromas again, accompanied by tart sherry sweetness with malty spice and floral hints. The whiskey presents itself in the finish of medium length on the palate with tart notes of spice. 522 bottles of 0.5 liters distilled: Feb 2014 / bottled: Mar 2019 not colored & not chill-filtered
